Conditions We Treat
Migraine is a neurological condition, and how your brain processes light, motion, and balance can play a real part in your attacks.
Migraine is a neurological condition that brings episodes of intense head pain, often with sensitivity to light, sound, or motion, and sometimes nausea or visual changes. For many people the attacks come in patterns, and the symptoms can be disruptive enough to interrupt work, school, or rest.
Triggers and patterns vary from person to person, so what sets off an attack for one person may not affect another. Understanding how your visual and balance systems respond can help make sense of why certain situations feel harder than others.
We begin with our neuro-functional exam, using objective eye-tracking and VNG testing along with vestibular and cervical assessment. This helps us measure how your visual, balance, and neck systems are performing, which may give context to the patterns you experience around your migraines.
From there we build a personalized, brain-based rehabilitation plan that targets the specific pathways involved, and we re-test along the way so changes are something you can track with objective data rather than impressions alone.
If migraine is getting in the way of work, school, or daily life, an evaluation can help identify what needs targeted support.
