Conditions We Treat
When the inner ear and vision stop agreeing about where your head is in space, the result can be spinning, tilting, fatigue, and brain fog that we can measure and retrain.
The vestibular system in the inner ear tracks how your head moves and where it is positioned. It sends that information to the brain, which uses it along with vision and sensation to keep you oriented and steady.
When the vestibular system is not working well, or when its signals do not match what your eyes are seeing, the brain can struggle to settle. That can create tilting, spinning, lightheadedness, fatigue, and brain fog that may come and go or linger.
Our advanced neuro-functional exam looks closely at how your vestibular system is performing. Using precise eye-tracking and VNG testing, detailed vestibular analysis, and optokinetic mapping, we measure how the inner ear, eyes, and brain are working together, then turn that into objective data.
From there we build a personalized vestibular and brain-based rehabilitation plan that retrains the specific pathways involved in your symptoms. We re-test along the way so progress is something you can see and measure, not only something you feel.
If spinning, tilting, or brain fog is getting in the way of daily life, an evaluation can help identify what needs targeted support.
